Heathrow Q-Park Multi-Storey

We recommend you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your check in to allow time to park and be transferred to the Airport.
Notes
- Q-Park is unable to carry skis, snowboards or bikes on their minibuses.
- You park at your own risk.
Directions
Full directions will be sent out with a copy of your booking confirmation.
Transfers
Q-Park provides a shuttle service that operates 24 hours to and from all terminals. Free transfers run every 20 minutes taking about 5-10 minutes.
On Arrival
Follow the signs for check in and proceed through the car scanner area. You will then be directed into the arrivals area by one of Q-Parks parking hosts. Go to the reception facility to check in and hand over your keys.
On Return
When you have cleared customs call 0208 990 1302 giving your name and voucher number. Instrutions will be given informing you of the bus stop number and its location to return to the car park.
